Venture Academy
Hadfield Construction significantly contributed to both the expansion and modernization of Venture Academy, a K-12 charter school. The project involved a 21,000 square foot infrastructure upgrade, including a 1,300 square foot addition designed for a student study hall and conference room. Key aspects of the upgrade included new concrete footings, structural steel framing, and meticulous finish carpentry. The overhaul also extended to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, with updates to fire alarms and security systems for enhanced safety and efficiency. Aesthetic elements such as interior and exterior finishes were carefully chosen to match the existing building, with new windows and roofing—featuring skylights—installed to improve the learning environment. This comprehensive approach ensured a seamless integration of the new addition, significantly enhancing the school’s facilities
