This healthcare higher education project, located at the Salt Lake Community College campus,  included the interior demolition and remodel/reconstruction within the Jordan Health Sciences Center to create four new educational areas: two medical research and learning laboratories and two combined classroom/laboratories. Construction procedures were carefully followed to accommodate the integrity necessary to achieve the proper laboratory environment and protocols, including meeting ICRA air quality standards. Hadfield Construction delivered this design-bid-build construction project on time and within budget.
