NEW REMODEL AT BRIDGERLAND TECHNICAL COLLEGE SHOWCASES FLEXIBLE, FUTURE-READY LEARNING SPACES
Hadfield Construction recently completed a remodel of the Bridgerland Technical College Transchill Building in Logan, Utah. This higher-education construction project expands and enhances educational space for one of northern Utah’s leading technical colleges.
Meeting Growing Needs in Technical Education
Bridgerland Technical College continues to grow, and with that growth comes the need for updated facilities that support today’s students and tomorrow’s workforce. The construction remodel for this educational building answers this call with 95,630 square feet of flexible, future-ready space designed to foster learning, collaboration, and innovation.
This thoughtfully planned, higher education remodel includes:
- Expanded classrooms and workshops for hands-on training and instruction
- Office spaces for faculty and staff engagement
- Dedicated conference areas to support collaboration and events
- Modern gathering and circulation spaces that improve daily campus life

Built for Today—Ready for Tomorrow
At Hadfield, we believe educational facilities should do more than exist—they should elevate the experience of every student and instructor who uses them. This project reflects that belief through:
- Durable materials and construction practices that stand the test of time
- Flexible layouts that adapt as programs evolve
- Infrastructure designed to support future technology and educational program growth
“Projects like this remind us why we build in the first place—to create spaces that empower people to learn, grow, and succeed,” said Jade Hadfield, President of Hadfield Construction. “We’re proud to partner with Bridgerland Technical College [and DFCM] to construct a facility that will impact students and the technical college community for years to come.”

A Project That Reflects Partnership and Excellence
Delivering this construction project required close coordination with the technical college and its stakeholders. As general contractor, Hadfield handled all aspects of construction with a focus on quality and efficiency. We ensured that the finalized school facility would serve both current educational needs and longer-term campus goals.
The remodeled transchill building stands as a testament to Hadfield Construction’s commitment to education and community—a modern, functional higher-ed space where students can learn and prepare for rewarding careers.
