Fast-track construction services were provided for complete store interior remodels for Walmart throughout the states of CO, WA, UT, ID, AZ, and OR. Remodels included all interior finishes including paint, flooring, shelving, lighting, and other construction improvements as needed. Services were provided as part of Walmart’s program to remodel stores every 5-7 years. Construction was required to be completed within 6-12 weeks and included careful 24×7 construction planning during store hours while accommodating customers, in addition to phasing night construction shifts to successfully meet project deadlines.
