This project included the remodel of two existing buildings located at the District headquarters, which were both constructed in the 1960’s. The Special Education Building remodel included construction of new roof, windows, complete interior finishes, classrooms, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems. The Annex building also included complete interior remodel and reconstruction to modernize District offices and breakrooms and MEP systems, in addition to new windows and a new roof. Construction of new landscaping, as well as site utilities for each building was completed.
