This fast-track, new retail and commercial construction project for Fiiz Drinks in Utah, was completed on time using the CM/GC (Construction Manager/General Contractor) project delivery method. Hadfield Construction built the new FiiZ drive-thru and soda shop consisting of a wood frame, stucco façade, two drive-thru windows, interiors, restaurant equipment installation, site utilities, parking lot, and landscaping. Hadfield Construction utilized established, strong subcontractor relationships and resourceful methods to overcome challenges and supply chain issues during the COVID-19 pandemic. The Fiiz Drinks retail and commercial soda shop in Clinton, Utah was a successful project.
